My Why

Hà ki roto hà ki waho. Breathe in, breathe out

Raised on the East Coast of the North Island in New Zealand, Aotearoa. I come from Indigenous Māori bloodlines and this guides me in my life and my work.

I have strong connections to nature. It has always been my place of balance, of healing, of regeneration and I am guided to help you come back to te taiao, to nature.

To your place of standing. Here in Aotearoa we call it our whenua, a place of belonging - it’s your connection to the land.

My Story

Ko wai au? Who am I?

From as far back as I can recall, I've had the ability to connect with the unseen world. This includes those who have passed, as well as earth elements and their elemental spirits, trees, plants, animal guides, angels, ascended masters, spirit mentors, and the ultimate source (God/Goddess/Universal Light).

Through this gift, I've gained profound insights into the interconnectedness of all living beings and the energy that unites us. My driving force has always been to aid others and witness their inner light shine brightly. It brings me immense joy to see individuals thriving in their own strength and resilience.

I would be honoured to guide you on your journey of connection and self-discovery, supporting you in reclaiming your path. This is why I go by the name Spiritual Midwife – I am here to assist you in bringing forth your new reality.
